Yusof Mohamad holds an LL.B (Hons) University of London and attended Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and Master of Comparative Law (MCL). He first served as a civil servant since 1963 before moving to the private sector in 1980.

His experience in the private sector spans across the insurance sector, multinational trading firm, legal practice, construction and aquaculture. His involvement in the ICT business began as a Value Added Reseller. From then on, he moved to build his own R&D team that introduced into the marketplace its own products.

Mohar Yusof holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Mohar has a PhD in Management (by Research) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, and his study was on the organizational antecedents of academic entrepreneurship. In addition, he is also a Certified Professional Intellectual Property Manager (CPIPM) conferred by the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).

His area of specialization is in Entrepreneurship, Family Business,  Strategy and Financial Planning. He provides consultancy, coaching and advisory services on the sustainability of new ventures created by university students, graduates and academicians. In addition, he provides research, consultancy and advisory services to family businesses. He is also an advisor on business/product development and intellectual property management for several technology start-ups.

Leilanie Mohd Nor holds a BA in Telecommunication degree from Michigan State University, USA and a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. Leilanie continued to do her PhD in Management (by Research) at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, and her study was on the decision making process in venture creation, a comparison between family business and non-family business.

Her area of specialization is in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Entrepreneurship and Family Business. She has fifteen years industry experience and managerial experience in project management. She is currently a Global Board member and Chair of Asia Pacific Leadership Council of the STEP global research project.

Haji Mohamad Azhar bin Hashim has over 30 years of working experience in both public and private organizations. Among the reputable organisations he had served include Bank Negara Malaysia, MMC Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Malaysia Debt Venture (MDV) Berhad, Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (IKIM), University of Malaya and UNIRAZAK.

He has wide experience in economic analysis, corporate governance and risk management. He graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with Master in Business Law (2008) and Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) (1991). He obtained a professional qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA), United Kingdom in 1995 and currently a fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (MAICSA).

He is also a Certified Islamic Financial Professional (IFP) and a member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM).   He is a Certified Trainer with HRDF, with areas of specialization in corporate governance, investment and risk management.

Yasmin Yusof holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons.) from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a Master in Business Administration degree from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. Yasmin has served in administration and management capacities in several organizations before joining PRIMA in October 2007.

In PRIMA, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all project-related activities. Apart from the business activities, she has also been entrusted to organize PRIMA’s corporate social responsibility programs given her experience in voluntary work such as being the Deputy Chairman of Persatuan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Polis, Malaysia and as an active member of Puteri UMNO.
